The invention belongs to the technical field of urban drainage systems, and discloses a four-paddle crawler-type detection robot which comprises a rack body and a frame body assembly. The rack body comprises a rack plate and a connecting plate, and the connecting plate is used for connecting the rack plate and the frame plate. The machine wheels are arranged in a crawler belt of the frame body and are connected with a control box in the frame body through driving connecting pieces. Four fan blade fixing rods are arranged on the rack body, and fan blade assemblies are arranged on the four fan blade fixing rods; and the front fan blade and the rear fan blade are fixedly arranged on the front fan blade fixing rod and the rear fan blade fixing rod, and the front fan blade and the rear fan blade can be independently operated and controlled so that rotation in the air direction is achieved. In addition, a buckling part is arranged, the frame body and the rack body can be operated to be separated under special conditions, therefore, the two parts can independently carry out exploration tasks, the mechanical performance of the device is improved, and time and labor are saved. According to the invention, the frame and the rack are connected through a mortise and tenon joint structure so that the machine body structure of the four-paddle crawler-type detection robot is compact, the structural stability of the robot is improved, automatic walking monitoring of an urban drainage system can be achieved, unsafe factors in manual detection are avoided, the working efficiency is improved, and the monitoring cost is reduced.

    本发明专利属于城市排水系统技术领域,公开了一种四桨式履带式检测机器人,包括机架体、车架体组件;机架体包括机架板以及连接板,连接板用于连接机架板和车架板。机轮设置在车架体的履带内,机轮通过驱动连接件与机架体中的控制箱连接。机架体上有四根风叶固定杆,其上均布置有风叶组件;前风叶和后风叶固定设置在前方和后方的风叶固定杆上,前后风叶可以独立操作控制,从而实现在空中的方向的转动。另外有一卡扣部,在特殊情况下可操作车架体与机架体分离,从而使两部分独立进行勘探任务,提高了装置的机械化性能,省时省力。本发明专利车架和机架连接方式采用榫卯式结构,使得四浆式履带式检测机器人的机体结构紧凑,提高了其结构的稳定性,通过本发明专利可以实现对城市排水系统的自动行走监测,避免了人工检测中的不安全因素,提高了工作效率,降低了监测成本。
