The invention discloses a low-rolling-resistance load-carrying all-steel tire, and relates to the field of tires. The tire is simple in structure, and a running surface in the width direction of the tire can be uniformly deformed by adjusting the trend of a crown tire body and the running surface so that the grounding performance is improved, and the eccentric wear of the tire is effectively prevented. By limiting the relationship between the maximum section width and the rim fitting width, the tire shoulder growth can be inhibited when the tire is inflated, the crown energy loss is reduced, and the rolling resistance is further decreased; and meanwhile, by limiting the position relation between the tire shoulder pad rubber and the upper tire side, the bending deformation of the tire side can be controlled within a reasonable range, the rigidity of the lower tire side is improved, a tire side deformation area is concentrated in an upper tire side area with a small amount of rubber, and the bending deformation of a tire bead area with a large amount of rubber is reduced. Compared with a tire in the prior art, the tire heat generation and the rolling resistance of the tire can be effectively reduced, and the overall performance of the tire is improved.

    本发明公开了一种低滚阻型载重全钢轮胎,涉及轮胎领域,本发明结构简单,通过调整冠部胎体与行驶面走势,能够使行驶面在轮胎宽度方向上变形均匀,提升接地性能有效防止轮胎的偏磨耗;通过对最大截面宽度及轮辋着合宽度关系的限定,在轮胎充气时能够抑制轮胎肩部成长,减小冠部能量损耗从而进一步降低滚动阻力;同时通过对胎肩垫胶与上胎侧之间的位置关系的限定,能够对将胎侧弯曲变形控制在合理范围内,增加下胎侧刚性,同时使胎侧变形区集中在橡胶量较少的上胎侧区域,减小橡胶量较多的胎圈区域的弯曲变形,相较于现有技术中的轮胎,本发明能够有效降低轮胎生热以及降低轮胎的滚动阻力,提升轮胎的整体性能。
