A posture adjusting and positioning method for a lower surface wall plate of an aircraft body comprises the steps that 1) a shape preserving tool is arranged, a shape preserving structure is arranged on the upper surface of the shape preserving tool and matched with the lower surface wall plate of the aircraft body in shape, and a plurality of process joints are arranged on the lower surface of a shape preserving tool frame; 2) a posture adjusting platform is arranged, and a plurality of numerical control positioners are arranged on the posture adjusting platform, and the upper end of the numerical control positioner is provided with a ball socket matched with a process joint on the lower surface of the shape preserving tool; 3) the lower surface wall plate of the aircraft body is placed on the shape preserving structure on the upper surface of the shape preserving tool to be positioned; 4) the shape preserving tool is placed on a posture adjusting platform, and a process joint on the lower surface of the shape preserving tool is in butt joint with the interior of a ball socket in the upper end of the numerical control positioner; and 5) the postures of the shape preserving tool and the lower surface wall plate of the aircraft body are adjusted through the numerical control positioner.

    一种飞机机体下表面壁板调姿定位方法:1)有一个保形工装,保形工装上表面设有保形结构,该保形结构与飞机机体下表面壁板的外形匹配,保形工装框架的下表面设有多个工艺接头,2)有一个调姿平台,调姿平台上设有多个的数控定位器,数控定位器的上端有与保形工装下表面工艺接头匹配的球窝;3)将飞机基体下表面壁板放置在保形工装上表面的保形结构上定位;4)将保形工装放置在调姿平台上,使保形工装下表面的工艺接头对接在数控定位器上端的球窝内;5)通过数控定位器调整保形工装及飞机机体下表面壁板的姿态。
