The system comprises a photovoltaic array backbone net frame and a photovoltaic module supporting system, wherein the photovoltaic array backbone net frame comprises grids and wave-resistant rings; the grids comprise transverse operation and maintenance channels and longitudinal connection channels; the wave-resistant ring comprises a transverse channel and a longitudinal channel; the photovoltaic module supporting system comprises a photovoltaic module supporting unit, and the photovoltaic module supporting unit is used for obliquely fixing a photovoltaic module. The photovoltaic module supporting units are embedded into the longitudinal connecting channel upwards from the bottom of the longitudinal connecting channel in a bridging mode, and the supporting floating bodies of the photovoltaic module supporting units do not serve as loads of the connecting floating bodies; the supporting floating bodies are embedded into the connecting floating bodies in an upward bridging mode, so that deflection of the supporting floating bodies in the long side direction can be resisted, and stability is enhanced.
