The invention discloses an automobile anti-collision emergency reminding and braking device, and relates to the technical field of automobile anti-collision, and the device comprises a radar module which is used for continuously obtaining the road condition and obstacle information around an automobile; a man-machine interaction module used for displaying the real-time movement condition of the automobile; a driving module used for controlling the movement of the automobile; and a braking module used for braking the automobile; wherein moreover, when the radar module detects that an obstacle exists in front of the automobile, the control module transmits a signal to the man-machine interaction module, and when the distance between the automobile and the obstacle reaches a set threshold value of the man-machine interaction module, the man-machine interaction module lights up an alarm lamp, and the control module controls the braking module to conduct braking.
