The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle braking, and particularly relates to a brake caliper, a brake system, a vehicle and a brake control method. The brake caliper comprises a caliper body, a caliper body support, a caliper body centering device, a first brake pad and a second brake pad, wherein the caliper body and the caliper body support are arranged in a relative sliding mode; after braking is stopped and a brake pedal is released, the caliper body centering device enables the caliper body to be kept at the centering position so as to limit the first brake pad and the second brake pad at a brake release position; and at the brake release positions of the first brake pad and the second brake pad, the first distance between the first brake pad and the brake disc is equal to the second distance between the second brake pad and the brake disc. According to the brake caliper, after braking is finished, the caliper body can always return to the center position, it is guaranteed that gaps between the surfaces of the two sides of the brake disc and the two brake pads are the same, zero dragging in the true sense is achieved, vehicle running resistance is reduced, and oil consumption is reduced.

    本发明属于车辆制动技术领域,尤其涉及一种制动卡钳、制动系统、车辆及制动控制方法,该制动卡钳包括钳体、钳体支架、钳体居中装置、第一制动片及第二制动片,所述钳体和钳体支架相对滑动设置;在停止制动且制动踏板被松开后,所述钳体居中装置使所述钳体保持在居中位置,以将所述第一制动片及第二制动片限制在制动解除位置;其中,在所述第一制动片及第二制动片的制动解除位置,所述第一制动片与制动盘之间的第一间距等于所述第二制动片与制动盘之间的第二间距。本申请的制动卡钳,制动结束后钳体总能够回到居中位置,保证制动盘两侧表面与两制动片间隙相同,实现真正意义上的零拖滞,减小车辆行驶阻力,降低油耗。
