The invention discloses a water intelligent rescue robot and an application method thereof, and relates to the technical field of water rescue equipment. The water intelligent rescue robot comprises a submersible body, wherein a gas bottle is clamped and matched between a first curved-surface clamping plate and a second curved-surface clamping plate; gasbags are symmetrically arranged on the surface of the submersible body; the bottom of the submersible body is rotationally matched with a rotating component; the rotating component is meshed and matched with a first gear rack; mounting frames are in sliding fit with two side surfaces of the submersible body; the mounting frames are meshed and matched with the rotating component; and the mounting frames are meshed and matched with manipulators. The submersible body is controlled by a water surface control console to quickly and accurately move to the position beside a person falling into water, and third electric hydraulic cylinders are started to drive mechanical claws to clamp and fix arms or legs of the person falling into water; and the gas bottle is controlled to quickly deflate the gasbags, the gasbags filled with the gas pull the whole device to quickly float together with the person falling into water under the action of buoyancy, rescue workers on the water surface can rescue in time conveniently, and the rescue speed is increased.

    本发明公开了一种水上智能救援机器人及其使用方法,涉及水上救援设备技术领域。该发明包括潜水器本体;第一曲面夹板与第二曲面夹板之间夹持配合有气瓶;潜水器本体表面对称设置有气囊;潜水器本体底部转动配合有转动组件;转动组件与第一齿轮条啮合配合;潜水器本体两侧面滑动配合有安装架;安装架与转动组件啮合配合;安装架啮合配合有机械手。本发明通过水面操纵控制台控制潜水器本体快速准确移动到落水者的身旁,启动第三电动液压缸带动机械爪对落水人员胳膊或腿部进行夹持固定;控制气瓶迅速向气囊中放气,充满气体的气囊在浮力作用下,拉动整个装置连同落水人员快速浮起,便于水面救援人员及时进行救援,提高救援速度。
