The invention provides an in-situ transverse moving and floating device and method for a ship tail fin structure. The device comprises a lower-layer supporting structure, an upper-layer supporting structure and a high supporting pipe, the lower-layer supporting structure comprises a supporting base, a fixing sleeve, a fixing eye plate and a base fixed pulley; the fixed sleeves are mounted at four end corner parts of the supporting base; a back shore spring is arranged in the fixed sleeve; a positioning hole is formed in the fixed eye plate, and a connecting pin shaft is arranged in the positioning hole; the upper-layer supporting structure comprises a supporting pipe base, a fixed pipe column and a guide eye plate, and the fixed pipe column and the guide eye plate are welded to the bottom of the supporting pipe base; and the fixed pipe column is matched with the fixed sleeve; a long kidney-shaped hole is formed in the guide eye plate, the guide eye plate is matched with the fixed eye plate, and the high supporting pipe is welded to the supporting pipe base. The invention can solve the problem that the tail fin structure ship cannot be transversely moved out of the dock after floating due to the influence of high support; therefore the arrangement limitation of the ship type in the dock is relieved.
本发明提供一种船舶尾鳍结构原地横移起浮装置及方法,所述装置包括下层支撑结构、上层支撑结构及高支撑管,所述下层支撑结构包括支撑底座、固定套管、固定眼板及底座定滑轮,所述固定套管安装于支撑底座的四个端角部,固定套管的内部设置有顶撑弹簧,所述固定眼板上设置有定位孔,所述定位孔内设置有连接销轴,所述上层支撑结构包括支撑管底座、固定管柱、导向眼板,所述固定管柱、导向眼板焊接于支撑管底座的底部,所述固定管柱与固定套管相匹配,所述导向眼板设置有长腰孔,所述导向眼板与固定眼板相匹配,所述高支撑管焊接于支撑管底座上。本发明解决了高支撑影响尾鳍结构船舶起浮后无法横移出坞的问题,从而解除了此类船型在坞内的布置局限。
