According to the device, manual selection and matching are not needed, the consistency and stability of the sliding force of an intermediate shaft are improved, manpower is saved, and the production efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开一种中间轴扭转装置及中间轴的加工方法,机架主体从上到下依次固连有顶部伺服电机和底部伺服电机,顶部伺服电机的输出端通过第一弹性联轴器与第一丝杠的一端相连,第一丝杠的另一端与第一轴承座B相连,底部伺服电机的输出端通过第二弹性联轴器与第二丝杠的一端相连,第二丝杠的另一端与第二轴承座B相连,第一轴承座A的两侧固连有导轨,导轨上依次连接有底板和弯板,底板的一侧与扭转机构固连,弯板的顶端与下端固定机构固连,机架主体远离导轨的一侧固连有支架,支架的顶部固连有夹持机构,本发明无需人工手动选配,提高了中间轴滑动力的一致性和稳定性,节省了人力,提高了生产的效力。
