The invention relates to a hanging device of a brake clamp unit, and belongs to the technical field of rail transit. The device consists of a front hanger, a rear hanger and a hanger pin shaft, wherein the front hanger and the rear hanger are separated from each other; the front hanger is provided with a front main body which is T-shaped in the vertical direction; the lower part of the front main body is provided with a front penetrating hole, and two ends of the upper part are respectively provided with a front hanging hole; a positioning rod provided with an anti-deflection constraint plane extends out of the rear part of the front penetrating hole; the rear hanger is provided with a T-shaped rear main body; a rear penetrating hole is formed in the lower part of the rear main body, and vertical rear hanging holes are respectively formed in two ends of the upper part of the rear main body; the two ends of the hanger pin shaft are connected with the front penetrating hole and the rear penetrating hole respectively; and at least one end of the hanger pin shaft is in elastic wedging connection with one of the front penetrating hole and the rear penetrating hole, and the outer diameter between the two ends of the hanger pin shaft is matched with the inner diameter of the mounting hole of a clamp body. The hanging device is good in manufacturability, and more importantly, internal stress can be effectively reduced, so that the fatigue life of the hanging device of a brake clamp unit is obviously prolonged, and the overall weight is obviously reduced.

    本发明涉及一种制动夹钳单元的吊挂装置,属于轨道交通技术领域。该装置由相互分离的前、后吊挂以及吊挂销轴组成;前吊挂具有垂向呈T形的前主体;前主体的下部制有前穿装孔,上部两端分别制有前吊挂孔;前穿装孔后部延伸出制有防偏摆约束平面的定位杆;后吊挂具有呈T形的后主体;后主体的下部制有后穿装孔,上部两端分别制有垂向的后吊挂孔;吊挂销轴的两端分别与前、后穿装孔连接;至少吊挂销轴的一端与前穿装孔和后穿装孔之一弹性契紧连接,吊挂销轴两端之间的外径与夹钳主体的安装孔内径相配。本发明不仅工艺性良好,更重要的是可以有效减小内应力,从而显著延长制动夹钳单元吊挂装置的疲劳寿命,并且整体重量明显减轻。
