The embodiment of the invention provides a road rage prevention method, device and system. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring first driving information sent by at least one driving information detection system; generating a first driving state index according to the at least one piece of first driving information; if it is judged that the first driving state index is larger than the road rage driving threshold value and the monitoring duration is larger than or equal to the first duration threshold value, reminding a driver; acquiring second driving information sent by at least one driving information detection system; generating a second driving state index according to the at least one piece of second driving information; and if it is judged that the second driving state index is larger than the road rage driving threshold value and the monitoring duration is larger than or equal to the second duration threshold value, controlling the driving state of the vehicle. According to the embodiment of the invention, the traffic accident rate is reduced.
