Compared with a communication board card control form, the battery replacement control method provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that: the development of upper source codes is saved, and the development time and cost are saved. Compared with traditional pulse control, the battery replacement control system provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that: wire harnesses required by the traditional pulse control are saved, errors possibly generated by wiring are reduced, the work such as troubleshooting is facilitated, and the technical requirements of quickly completing wiring and quickly building a station can be met.
本发明提供了一种换电控制方法、系统、可编辑逻辑控制器及电机控制器,该方法包括:接收换电站的换电控制系统发送的换电控制信号;对所述换电控制信号进行解析,得到目标库位的位置坐标并计算出运动轨迹;将所述目标库位的位置坐标和所述运动轨迹发送给电机控制器;接收传感器组发送的数字量信号;根据所述数字量信号判断电动汽车换电是否完成。本发明实施例的换电控制方法,对比通信板卡控制形式,节省了上位源代码的开发,节省了开发时间及成本。本发明实施例的换电控制系统对比传统脉冲控制,节省了传统脉冲控制所需的线束,减少接线所可能产生的错误,有利于故障排查等工作,能够满足快速完成接线、快速建站的技术要求。
