The invention provides a charging method of battery car charging pile equipment. According to the method, the dependence that the battery car charging pile equipment needs to be connected to the Internet or offline manual management can be reduced. The invention provides a reliable security verification mechanism; wherein under the condition that the battery car charging equipment cannot access the Internet, the validity of the two-dimensional code deduction bill can be verified in an off-line manner according to a verification method. Therefore, charging becomes possible on non-networked battery car charging pile equipment.
