According to the invention, the electric energy is converted into optical energy through the charging pile, the energy is transmitted to the charging gun in the form of laser, the charging gun is inserted into the charging port of the electric automobile, and the charging gun utilizes the photovoltaic effect to convert the received laser into the electric energy to charge the storage battery of the automobile.
