The embodiment of the invention relates to a vehicle charging method, vehicle-mounted electronic equipment, a vehicle and a medium. The method comprises the steps of if it is determined that the distance between a current charging vehicle and a front to-be-charged vehicle is smaller than or equal to a first preset distance, making two charging rods extend from the front portion; acquiring at least one image through at least one image acquisition device, wherein each image comprises at least one charging port in the two charging ports at the tail of the to-be-charged vehicle; determining the size and position of at least one charging port based on the at least one image; based on the size and the position of the at least one charging port and the calibrated size and the calibrated position of the at least one charging port, controlling the movement of the current charging vehicle; and charging the to-be-charged vehicle through the battery and the two charging rods via the charging management unit in response to receiving a message about charging connection confirmation from the to-be-charged vehicle through the wireless channel. Therefore, the charging vehicle can be connected with the to-be-charged vehicle through the two charging rods for charging.
