According to the pure-electric multi-gear speed control system, a gear driven by the double motors is added on the basis of the prior art, so that the speed ratio difference between the gears is more reasonable, and the gear utilization rate is higher; a single-intermediate-shaft structure of an original double-motor transmission is changed into a double-intermediate-shaft structure, all idle gears and shafts do not need to be supported through needle bearings, meanwhile, power is distributed to the two same intermediate shafts, the center distance can be reduced, the tooth width is narrowed, the size of the transmission is more compact, the occupied space is reduced, and the cost is reduced; in the gear shifting process, at least one motor is always kept to output power, so that continuous power output without interruption in the gear shifting process is achieved.

    本发明提供一种纯电多档位变速系统,在现有技术基础上增加了1个双电机驱动的挡位,使得各挡位之间速比级差更合理,齿轮利用率更高;将原双电机变速器的单中间轴结构改为了双中间轴结构,所有的空套齿轮与轴之间不再需要通过滚针轴承支承,同时由于功率分流到两个相同的中间轴上,中心距可缩小,齿宽变窄,变速箱体积更紧凑,减少占用空间,降低成本;在换挡过程中始终保持至少一个电机输出动力,以实现换挡过程动力持续输出无中断。
