According to the mountain balance crane, an operation room, a hoisting force arm and the like are arranged on the operation base platform, and then the front hydraulic telescopic rods and the rear hydraulic telescopic rods drive the operation base platform to adjust the inclination angle, so that the operation room and the hoisting force arm can be always kept in a horizontal or approximately horizontal state, and an operator can stably operate the equipment; and meanwhile, the problem that the hoisting force arm cannot convey the pinecone picking personnel to the accurate pinecone picking position due to the slope problem of a mountain land is solved.
