The invention discloses a lifting mechanism with high safety performance for maintenance of a tower crane, and relates to the technical field of hoisting equipment. The lifting mechanism comprises a stand column and a lifting frame, wherein the lifting frame is movably arranged on the surface of the stand column, a supporting plate is fixedly arranged on one side of the lifting frame, one end of the stand column penetrates through the top of a sleeve and extends into the sleeve, and a machine box is fixedly arranged at the other end of the stand column. The lifting frame, a traction rope, a pulley, a rotating rod, a third bevel gear, a fourth bevel gear, a second rotating shaft and a second motor are arranged, the third bevel gear and the fourth bevel gear are connected in a meshing mode to drive the pulley on the rotating rod to rotate, the pulley in the rotating state enables the lifting frame to move vertically in a pulling rope winding and unwinding mode, the second motor is used for providing power for the lifting mechanism, hydraulic oil is not used, and the lifting mechanism is energy-saving, environmentally friendly, simple in structure, easy to maintain and low in cost.
