By designing fan blades, a reciprocating sliding block, a first air bag, a second air bag, an atomizing cavity and an atomizing nozzle, external air is sucked into a treatment box through an air interchanger in the air conditioner and drives the fan blades and the rotating shaft to rotate, and the first air bag and the second air bag are extruded through reciprocating motion of a magnetic pressing plate on the reciprocating sliding block; and air in the first air bag and the second air bag is squeezed into the atomizing cavity, so that an atomizing agent in the atomizing cavity is sprayed out through the atomizing nozzle, large-particle dust mixed in sucked air is attached to the atomizing agent, and the large-particle dust cannot enter the air inlet of the air conditioner under the influence of gravity.

    本发明涉及空调预处理技术领域,且公开了一种特种舱室空调进风口预处理装置,包括处理箱、所述处理箱内腔的中部固定连接有隔板,所述隔板上开设有第三气孔,所述隔板的中部活动套接有转轴,所述转轴位于隔板右侧的一端固定套接有风叶。本发明通过设计风叶、往复滑块、第一和第二气囊、雾化腔、雾化喷头,通过空调内部的换气装置将外界空气吸入处理箱内并带动风叶和转轴转动,通过往复滑块上的磁压板的往复运动挤压第一和第二气囊,使第一第二气囊内的气体被挤入雾化腔内部促使雾化腔内部的雾化剂经雾化喷头喷出,使被吸入空气中夹杂的大颗粒灰尘被雾化剂附着,使大颗粒灰尘受重力影响无法进入空调进风口。
