The invention provides a high-speed labor-saving manpower bicycle which is characterized in that a driving device is arranged on a frame; the high-speed labor-saving manpower bicycle comprises a power master pump and a power slave pump, the power master pump comprises a reciprocating hydraulic cylinder, two pistons of the power master pump are connected through a linkage mechanism, the power master pump is a transmission mechanism changing rotation into linear motion, and a linear motion piece is connected with the two pistons. A rotating piece is connected with two pedals, so that the pistons are driven to reciprocate in the hydraulic cylinder through rotation of the pedals, and hydraulic oil is sucked in through an oil inlet pipe and then extruded out through an oil outlet pipe; the power slave pump comprises a pump body, a middle rotating wheel cavity is arranged in the pump body, a rotating wheel is arranged in the rotating wheel cavity, the rotating wheel is fixed on a rotating wheel shaft, a nozzle is arranged on an oil inlet of the rotating wheel cavity to form an injection channel corresponding to the rotating wheel, and the oil inlet is connected with an oil outlet pipe on the power master pump. Hydraulic oil is sprayed into the rotating wheel cavity to push the rotating wheel to rotate; and the oil outlet is connected with the oil inlet pipe of the power master cylinder; and a chain wheel is arranged on the rotating wheel shaft and connected with a flywheel on a rear wheel shaft. The bicycle is high in speed and is very labor-saving at the same time.
