The invention relates to an electric vehicle charging device and power grid coordinated interaction control system and method. The system comprises: a charging device used for outputting the electric energy of a power grid to an electric vehicle so as to charge the electric vehicle; a charging station monitoring system, wherein thecharging station monitoring system communicates with the charging device and is used for monitoring the working state of the charging device in real time and controlling the output power of the charging device according to an output power scheduling plan and a charging output power demand; an operation management system, wherein the operation management system communicates with the charging station monitoring system and is used for issuing the output power scheduling plan to the charging station monitoring system; and a power dispatching system, wherein thepower dispatching system communicates with the operation management system and is used for monitoring the load state of a power distribution transformer in real time and issuing a charging load dispatching plan to the operation management system in combination with the electrical load demand of the power grid. According to the invention, the output power of a charging station is monitored in real time, so that ordered charging of an electric vehicle and safe and economical operation of a power distribution network are realized, and safe, reliable and stable operation of the load of the charging station is ensured.

    本发明涉及一种电动汽车充电设备与电网协调互动控制系统及方法,包括:充电设备,充电设备用于将电网电能输出给电动汽车,以对电动汽车进行充电;充电站监控系统,与充电设备通信,用于实时监控充电设备的工作状态、并根据输出功率调度计划和充电输出功率需求控制充电设备的输出功率;运营管理系统,与充电站监控系统通信,用于向充电站监控系统下发输出功率调度计划;电力调度系统,与运营管理系统通信,用于实时监控配电变压器负荷状态、并结合电网用电负荷需求向运营管理系统下发充电负荷调度计划。本发明实时监测充电站的输出功率,以实现电动汽车的有序充电和配电网安全经济运行,保证充电站的负荷安全、可靠、稳定运行。
