The invention discloses an angle rotation type pulley mechanism. The angle rotation type pulley mechanism comprises two main mounting plates, wherein longitudinal supporting rods are mounted on the upper surfaces of the two main mounting plates. The angle rotation type pulley mechanism is installed at the position, used for turning of a steel wire rope, of the inner part of hoisting equipment, when the steel wire rope moves, a guide pulley can be driven to rotate, and once the steel wire rope is subjected to radial force change during traction, two annular sliding blocks can move relative to two annular sliding grooves, then the rotation phenomenon is generated, due to the rotation of the two annular sliding blocks, the guide pulley can rotate along with the annular sliding blocks, due to the fact that rotation of the annular sliding blocks changes direction due to stress of the steel wire rope, the guide pulley can continue to rotate under the action of the steel wire rope, and the stress bearing direction of the steel wire rope to the guide pulley is opposite to the center of the guide pulley, after the guide pulley rotates, the bearing pressure of the steel wire rope does not deviate the guide pulley and the steel wire rope, and because rotation is formed by the fact that the two annular sliding blocks can move relative to the two annular sliding grooves, the bearing pressure is large during rotation.

    本发明公开了一种角度旋转式滑轮机构,包括上表面安装有纵向支撑杆的两主安装板。本发明安装在起吊设备中用于钢丝绳变向的部位,当钢丝绳移动时,会带动导向滑轮旋转,而一旦钢丝绳在牵引时发生径向力度的变化时,两环形滑块会相对于两环形滑槽移动,进而产生旋转现象,由于两环形滑块的旋转,会使得导向滑轮随之旋转,由于环形滑块的旋转是钢丝绳受力导致的变向,并且导向滑轮会继续在钢丝绳的作用下旋转,由于钢丝绳对于导向滑轮的承载受力方向会相对于导向滑轮中心,所以在导向滑轮旋转后,钢丝绳的承载压力不会对导向滑轮和钢丝绳产生偏移现象,因为旋转是利用两环形滑块会相对于两环形滑槽移动形成的,所以旋转时能够承载的压力比较大。
