The invention relates to the field of steel structure engineering construction, in particular to steel beam and column rotary hoisting equipment for steel structure engineering construction and a hoisting method. The equipment comprises a crane, a hoisting mechanism, T-shaped blocks and top plates, two independent lifting hooks are mounted on the crane, the hoisting mechanism is arranged on the right side of the crane, the T-shaped blocks are arranged on the right side of the hoisting mechanism in a bilateral symmetry manner, the top plate is arranged at the upper end of the vertical section of each T-shaped block, and the crane, the hoisting mechanism and the T-shaped blocks are all arranged on the ground. The equipment and the method have the dual functions of achieving vertical mounting of a steel column and horizontal mounting of a steel beam, and the hoisting mechanism is arranged to achieve the advantages that the verticality and the stability of the steel beam or the steel column in a hoisting state are improved, and then the mounting speed and the mounting precision of the steel beam or the steel column are conveniently improved; and the span of the steel beam or the steel column in the hoisting state is reduced by improving the verticality of the steel beam or the steel column, and then the hoisting equipment can better adapt to the changes of the size of operation space.

    本发明涉及钢结构工程施工领域,具体的说是一种钢结构工程施工钢制梁柱旋转式吊装设备及吊装方法,包括吊车、吊装机构、T型块和顶板,所述的吊车上安装有两个独立的吊钩,吊车的右侧布置有吊装机构,吊装机构的右侧左右对称布置有T型块,T型块竖直段的上端设置有顶板,吊车、吊装机构和T型块均置于地面上,本发明具备实现钢柱的竖直安装与钢梁的水平安装的双重功能,设置吊装机构的好处有:提高了钢梁或钢柱于吊装状态下的竖直度与稳定度,进而便于提高钢梁或钢柱的安装速度以及安装精度;通过提高钢梁或钢柱的竖直度来减小钢梁或钢柱于吊装状态下的跨度,进而使本吊装设备更好的适应作业空间大小的改变。
