The invention discloses a variable-diameter module of a wind power prefabricated concrete tower hoisting platform. The variable-diameter module comprises an operation platform rack (1) erected on a rotating section of a construction platform and a fixed platform (3) installed on the top of the operation platform rack (1), wherein a plurality of module mounting guide grooves (2) with openings in the tops and the outer ends are reserved in the operation platform rack at intervals, and the variable-diameter module is embedded in the module mounting guide grooves and can move, be positioned and be fixed in the module mounting guide grooves to form an operating section of the hoisting platform; the upper surface of the variable-diameter module is flush with the upper surface of the fixed platform; and the variable-diameter module comprises a short variable-diameter module (401), a long variable-diameter module (402) and other specifications. The large-range variable-diameter requirement of a wind power concrete tower can be met through the independent long and short variable-diameter modules, the hoisting construction efficiency, precision and safety are improved, the tool cost is reduced, the tool number is reduced, and the on-site hoisting platform assembling process is simplified.

    本发明公开了一种风电预制砼塔筒吊装平台的变径模块,包括搭设在施工平台的旋转段上的操作平台机架(1)和安装在操作平台机架(1)顶部的固定平台(3);所述的操作平台机架内间隔预留若干个顶部和外端开口的模块安装导槽(2),变径模块嵌装在模块安装导槽内并能在模块安装导槽内移动、定位和固定,构成吊装平台的操作段;变径模块的上表面与固定平台的上表面齐平;变径模块包括短变径模块(401)和长变径模块(402)等多种规格。本发明能通过独立的长短变径模块满足风电砼塔筒较大范围的变径要求,提高吊装施工的效率、精度和安全性,降低工装费用,减少工装数量,简化现场吊装平台组装流程。
