According to a vibration reduction method for the control voltage of a magneto-rheological damper of a semi-active seat, a trigonometric function is used as a membership function of input and output variables, a fuzzy control rule is established, fuzzy control is used, the modeling is simple, the control precision is high, parameter adjustment is rapid and visual, and the adjustment period is short; the fuzzy control is based on approximate reasoning instead of an accurate mathematical model, so that the cost can be reduced by reducing the storage space, and meanwhile, by adopting the fuzzy control strategy, the excessive process delay of the system can be shortened, the system response can be accelerated, and the reliability of a seat suspension system can be improved. The seat vibration reduction of the vehicle driven under different road excitation is comprehensively considered, the error value and the error change rate are adopted as input variables, the fuzzy control method is used for optimizing the seat vibration reduction control strategy, and the method has the advantages of real-time control and good robustness and is suitable for wide-range application and popularization.

    一种半主动座椅磁流变阻尼器控制电压的减振方法,本发明使用三角函数作为输入与输出变量的隶属度函数,并建立模糊控制规则,使用模糊控制,建模简单、控制精度高,对参数调节快速直观、调节周期短,由于模糊控制是基于近似推理而非精确数学模型,因此可以通过减小储存空间来降低成本,同时,采用模糊控制策略还可以缩短系统过度过程延时,加快系统响应,提高座椅悬架系统可靠性等,本发明综合考虑了车辆行驶在不同路面激励下的座椅减振,采用误差值和误差变化率作为输入变量,使用模糊控制方法优化座椅减振控制策略,具有实时控制、鲁棒性能好的优点,适合大范围的推广和应用。
