The invention discloses a portable oxygen generator and a use method thereof. The oxygen generator comprises an air pressurization mechanism, a compressed air buffer tank, a first adsorption cabin, a second adsorption cabin, an oxygen buffer cabin and a gas path delay switch group; the compressed air buffer tank is respectively communicated with the two adsorption cabins through adsorption gas paths, and the two adsorption cabins are respectively communicated with the oxygen buffer cabin through flushing gas paths and are communicated with the oxygen buffer cabin through exhaust gas paths; the gas path delay switch group controls the corresponding adsorption gas paths, the washing gas paths, the exhaust gas paths and a desorption gas path to be opened and closed respectively by controlling a gas path adjusting piece; the air pressurization mechanism comprises an air pressurizing cabin, a piston and a roller, the roller is fixedly connected with a rocker arm, the reciprocating motion of the piston in the air pressurizing cabin can be realized through the rotation of the rocker arm, and air is pressed into the compressed air buffer tank. The oxygen generator is simple in structure and small in occupied space, power can be provided in various modes, and particularly, oxygen can be prepared in a pure manual mode without electric power at all.
本发明公开了便携式制氧机及其使用方法,该制氧机包括空气加压机构、压缩空气缓存罐、第一吸附舱、第二吸附舱、氧气缓存舱和气路延时开关组;压缩空气缓存罐通过吸附气路分别与两吸附舱连通,两吸附舱分别通过冲洗气路与氧气缓存舱连通、通过排气气路与氧气缓存舱连通,气路延时开关组通过控制气路调节件来控制对应的吸附气路、冲洗气路、排气气路和解吸气路分别打开和闭合;空气加压机构包括空气加压舱、活塞和滚轮,滚轮与摇臂固定连接,通过摇臂的转动能够实现活塞在空气加压舱内的往复运动,将空气压入压缩空气缓存罐。本发明的制氧机结构简单,占用空间小,可通过多种方式提供动力,特别是可以完全不需要电力,以纯手动的方式制取氧气。
