The lifting appliance assembly achieves leveling of a lifted object through four sets of hydraulic cylinders, tension sensors are arranged on the four sets of hydraulic cylinders correspondingly, and the load value of each lifting point and the total lifting load value are recorded in real time. The leveling control system comprises a leveling electric control system and a leveling hydraulic system, and the leveling electric control system collects the current pose of the lifted object and the stroke information of the hydraulic cylinders, executes a leveling program to control servo reversing valves to act and communicates with a remote control terminal at the same time. The leveling hydraulic system comprises the four independent servo reversing valves, four independent hydraulic cylinders, four independent hydraulic pumps, four independent overflow valves and four independent hydraulic pipelines, and the lifted object is leveled by controlling the stretching amount of the hydraulic cylinders. Closed-loop servo control is adopted, the position and posture of the lifted object can be rapidly and accurately adjusted in the precise lifting operation, the lifting operation difficulty is lowered, and the lifting operation efficiency and precision are improved.
本发明公开了一种自动调平吊具及自动调平方法,包括吊具组件和调平控制系统。吊具组件通过4组液压缸实现起吊物调平,4组液压缸上分别有拉力传感器,实时记录每个起吊点的载荷值及起吊总载荷值。调平控制系统包括调平电控系统和调平液压系统,调平电控系统采集起吊物当前位姿、液压缸行程信息,并执行调平程序控制伺服换向阀动作,同时与远程控制终端通信。调平液压系统包括4路独立的伺服换向阀及液压缸、液压泵、溢流阀和液压管路,通过控制液压缸伸缩量调平起吊物。本发明采用闭环伺服控制,在精准起吊作业中能快速准确地调整起吊物位姿,降低了起吊作业难度,提高了起吊作业效率和精准度。
