According to the invention, the fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle oblique photography technology is utilized to obtain the high-definition stereoscopic image data, and the live-action three-dimensional model is generated according to the encrypted point data to carry out cadastral mapping, so that the defects of the rotor unmanned aerial vehicle are effectively overcome, the form of the live-action is truly reduced, the field manpower and material resources are greatly reduced, the time is saved, the working efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the mapping quality and precision can be improved.

    本发明提供一种固定翼倾斜摄影地籍测图方法、系统及设备,包括测图装置,装置包括无人机和倾斜摄影相机,方法包括:布设标靶;航拍采集影像数据;进而获取解算结果,基于解算结果进行实景建模,生成实景三维影像,并进行高度、长度、面积、宽度的量测,获取立体数据;从垂直、倾斜等不同角度对实景三维影像采集,形成倾斜模型,获取矢量数据;基于立体数据和矢量数据,获取测图数据。本发明利用固定翼无人机倾斜摄影技术获取高清晰立体影像数据,并根据加密点数据来生成实景三维模型进行地籍测图,有效解决旋翼无人机的缺点,真实还原地物形态,大大减少外业的人力物力,节约时间,提高工作效率,同时还能提高测图质量和精度。
