The system comprises a battery pack, the battery pack provides direct-current electric energy to a plurality of groups of traction inverters and auxiliary inverters through a shared direct-current bus and through a high-voltage box comprising an intelligent control unit PDU, the traction inverters have a chopping braking function and single-shaft isolation contactors, the auxiliary inverters have any single-phase full-load capacity, and each group of traction inverters and auxiliary inverters are arranged on a carriage. The traction inverter drive and control a resistance brake cabinet and a permanent magnet traction motor, and the auxiliary inverters are connected with three-phase and high-power single-phase loads.
