The invention provides a road traffic potential safety hazard information management system based on a big data background, wherein auxiliary decision-making comprises a potential hazard announcement module, a potential hazard work comprehensive management module, a system setting module and a basic data management module, the potential hazard announcement module mainly aims at enterprises and vehicles in road traffic potential hazard management, and make each team eliminate corresponding potential hazards in time by through an announcement, the potential hazard work comprehensive management module mainly comprises potential hazard learning, potential hazard work dynamics, potential hazard managers and architecture diagrams, the system setting module mainly refers to user permission setting and organization setting and aims to clarify responsibilities and permissions of organizations at all levels, and the basic data management module mainly refers to modification, deletion and addition of road names. According to the invention, through potential hazard learning in an auxiliary function, traffic policemen can understand a method for dividing, classifying, investigating and analyzing traffic accident-prone points and sections and a method for identifying potential hazards of roads with different linear shapes, and a scientific theoretical basis is provided for better carrying out potential hazard investigation and treatment.

    本发明提供了一种基于大数据背景下道路交通安全隐患信息管理系统,辅助决策包含隐患公告、隐患工作综合管理、系统设置和基础数据管理四个模块,其中隐患公告主要是针对公路交通隐患管理中的企业和车辆,通过公告让各大队及时消除相应的隐患;隐患工作综合管理主要包含隐患学习、隐患工作动态和隐患管理人员和架构图,系统设置主要是指用户权限设置和机构设置,目的是明确各级机构职责和权限,基础数据管理主要是以道路名称的修改、删除和添加为主,通过辅助功能中隐患学习让交通民警明白了交通事故多发点段划分、分类、调查分析方法及不同线形道路隐患鉴别方法,为更好地开展隐患排查治理提供科学理论依据。
