The invention relates to a travel time reliability calculation and abnormal area identification method based on a traffic zone. The method comprises the following steps: firstly carrying out space division and numbering on a city by combining factors such as roads, communities and rivers, and performing gathering according to different time periods, working days, rest days and holidays; secondly, performing map matching on the GPS track data, aggregating the screened OD data according to the traffic zone number corresponding to each piece of moving track data, and counting and sequencing the travel volume and the arrival volume of each traffic zone to obtain a travel matrix pattern; thirdly, constructing a travel time reliability index calculation system by extracting the total travel number, the average travel speed and the average travel time among the region pairs, and describing the travel time reliability through variance distribution of the travel time of different traffic regions; and finally, defining a random variable to identify an abnormal region of an accidental connection problem caused by an emergency and a global connection problem caused by layout.

    本发明涉及一种基于交通小区的行程时间可靠性计算与异常区域识别方法,所述方法首先结合道路、社区、河流等因素对城市进行空间划分并编号;时间上根据不同时段和工作日、休息日、节假日进行聚合。其次,通过将GPS轨迹数据进行地图匹配,将筛选出的OD数据根据每条移动轨迹数据所对应的交通小区编号进行聚合,统计并排序每块交通小区的出行量和到达量,得到出行矩阵样式。再通过提取区域对间的出行总数、平均出行速度以及平均出行时间三种出行关键特征,构建行程时间可靠性指标计算体系,通过不同交通小区出行时间的方差分布描述出行时间可靠性。最后,定义随机变量识别由突发事件导致的偶发性衔接与布局导致的全局性衔接问题异常区域。
