The invention discloses a double-drive balance winch. The double-drive balance winch comprises a fixed part, a movable part slidably assembled to the fixed part and a traction rope which is connected to the movable part and penetrates out of the fixed part, wherein the fixed part is provided with a pulley module I, and the pulley module I is provided with a pulley I-I and a pulley I-II; the movable part is provided with a driving module I located at the first end, a pulley module II provided with a pulley II, a driving module II located at the second end and a pulley module III provided with a pulley III; and the traction rope comprises a traction rope I and a traction rope II, the first end of the traction rope I is connected to the driving module I, the second end of the traction rope I penetrates out of the fixed part, the part between the first end and the second end of the traction rope I sequentially passes through the pulley II and the pulley I-I, the first end of the traction rope II is connected to the driving module II, the second end of the traction rope II penetrates out of the fixed part, and the part between the first end and the second end of the traction rope II sequentially passes through the pulley III and the pulley I-II. According to the double-drive balance winch, when the stress of the traction rope I and the stress of the traction rope II are not equal, the rope winding speed is adjusted through self feedback of the winch to make the rope winding speed consistent.
