The invention discloses a quayside container crane trolley top anti-wear block mounting structure, which comprises an anti-wear block and a base used for being fixed to a quayside container crane trolley; two counter bores penetrating from one side surface to the other opposite side surface are oppositely arranged on the anti-wear block; two stepped grooves of U-shaped opening structures are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the counter bores, of the base; the two U-shaped opening structures are reversely arranged at the outer side end so that fixed bolts can be conveniently installed in an inverted mode from the outer side; and the fixed bolts are matched with inner nuts arranged at the upper ends of the counter bores to fix the base and the anti-wear block. The anti-wear block can be prevented from falling off due to looseness of an anti-wear block fixed bolt, and the anti-wear block is convenient to mount and replace and long in service life and has important production practice and practical significance.

    本发明公开一种岸边集装箱起重机小车顶抗磨块安装结构,包括抗磨块以及用于固定在岸边集装箱起重机小车上的的底座;所述抗磨块上位置相对设置有两个由一侧表面贯通到相对另一侧面上的沉孔,所述底座对应所述沉孔位置有两个U形开口结构的阶梯槽,两个U形开口结构反向布置在外侧端,以方便固定螺栓自外侧倒立装入,与置入所述沉孔上端的内螺母配合,将所述底座与抗磨块固定。本发明能够防止抗磨块固定螺栓松动导致的抗磨块坠落,且安装更换方便,使用寿命长,具有重要的生产实践与现实意义。
