A regenerative braking control system for a motor-driven vehicle is provided, and is configured to enable excess electric energy generated by an electric motor to be easily converted into thermal energy during regenerative braking by converting electric energy into thermal energy using both a braking resistor and a heater, so that a continuous auxiliary braking force is provided by a continuous reverse torque of the motor, and an internal heating effect can be obtained by using heat energy converted by the braking resistor and the heater as a heat source for internal heating without discharging the heat energy to the outside.
