The invention relates to an electric vehicle energy flow heat management system, and belongs to the field of electric vehicle energy management, the electric vehicle energy flow heat management system comprises a first loop, a second loop and a third loop, the first loop comprises a compressor, a water cooling condenser, an external condenser, an HVAC assembly and a gas-liquid separator which are connected in sequence; the second loop is connected with the water-cooling condenser, comprises a high-pressure water heating PTC, is communicated to the battery cooler through a first three-way water valve, and flows back to the water-cooling condenser through a first water pump; the HVAC assembly comprises an evaporator core body, a warm air core body and an air blowing motor; and the third loop is connected with the battery cooler, is connected with the PDU through an LTR radiator which is arranged in parallel with the external condenser, and flows back to the battery cooler through a third water pump. The system is characterized in that the loops are combined and utilized, so that energy flow of the whole vehicle can be effectively distributed and managed, and energy conservation and consumption reduction are achieved for the whole vehicle.

    本发明涉及电动车能量流热管理系统,属于电车能源管理领域,包括第一回路、第二回路、第三回路,所述第一回路包括依次连接的压缩机、水冷冷凝器、外置冷凝器、HVAC总成、气液分离器;所述第二回路与水冷冷凝器相连,包括高压水暖PTC,经第一三通水阀连通至电池冷却器,并通过第一水泵回流至水冷冷凝器;所述HVAC总成包括蒸发器芯体、暖风芯体、鼓风电机;所述第三回路与电池冷却器相连,经与外置冷凝器并列设置的LTR散热器连接PDU,经第三水泵回流至电池冷却器。本发明的创造点在于回路之间的组合利用,使整车的能量流能得到有效的分配和管理,为整车节能降耗。
