The invention discloses a preparation method for a composite body structure of an unmanned aerial vehicle. The composite body structure comprises a fuselage beam, fuselage skin, a wing rib, wing skin, a tail wing rib, nose skin and tail wing skin, and the preparation method for the composite airframe structure comprises the following steps of coating the surface of a steel mold with a degumming agent; laying prepreg; carrying out curing molding; trimming cut edges. According to the preparation method, the body structure of the unmanned aerial vehicle is made of composites, the weight of the unmanned aerial vehicle structure is reduced, and the flight speed, cruising ability and maneuverability of the unmanned aerial vehicle can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种无人机复合材料机体结构制备方法,所述复合材料机体结构包括包括机身梁、机身蒙皮、机翼肋、机翼蒙皮、尾翼肋、机头蒙皮和尾翼蒙皮,所述复合材料机体结构的制作步骤:在钢模具表面涂膜脱胶剂;进行预浸料铺层;进行固化成型;切边进行修型。本发明在使用复合材料作为无人机机体结构具有减轻无人机结构重量,能够提高无人机飞行速度、续航能力与机动性。
