The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a time headway and a vehicle speed of at least one vehicle in a preset time period; and determining a traffic flow stability state based on the time headway and the vehicle speed of the at least one vehicle. According to the method, the traffic flow stability of the underground interlaced section can be identified, corresponding control measures can be taken conveniently, and safe and effective operation of the underground interlaced road is guaranteed.
