The invention discloses a throttling orifice plate model selection device and method for a ship main engine cooling water system. The device comprises an upper end cover and a lower end cover which is oppositely combined with the upper end cover. A connecting ring is arranged in the middle of the upper end cover. Operation handles are arranged on the two sides of the connecting ring. Two sets of opposite transmission mechanisms which can be driven by the corresponding operation handles to move in a back-to-back mode or a face-to-face mode are arranged in the lower end cover. A throttling orifice with the adjustable throttling area is formed between the two sets of transmission mechanisms. According to the throttling orifice plate model selection device and method, a throttling orifice plate with the optimal size can be rapidly selected through one-time debugging, the model selection efficiency of the throttling orifice plate is greatly improved, and the construction working hours are greatly shortened.

    本发明公开了一种船舶主机冷却水系统的节流孔板选型装置及方法,所述装置包括上端盖、与上端盖相对合的下端盖,所述上端盖的中部设置有连接环,连接环的两侧设置有操作手柄,所述下端盖内部设置有两组相对的并可在相应操作手柄的带动下实现背向或相向移动的传动机构,两组传动机构之间形成节流面积可调的节流孔。本发明一次调试即可快速选出最佳尺寸的节流孔板,大大提高了节流孔板的选型效率,极大地缩短了施工工时。
