The invention relates to the field of synthetic rubber, and discloses solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber as well as a preparation method and application thereof. A compound with a structure as shown in a formula (1) is used as a terminator in preparation of synthetic rubber. The preparation method of the solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber comprises the following steps that: (1) in the presence of an organic lithium initiator, a styrene monomer and a butadiene monomer are polymerized in an inert solvent until complete conversion; and (2) a terminating agent and an optional anti-aging agent are added for a termination reaction, wherein the structure of the terminating agent is shown in the formula (1): (R1) 3M2 (R2) 2X. In the formula (1), R1 is linear or branched alkyl with 1-4 carbon atoms, cycloalkyl with 3-6 carbon atoms or aryl, R2 is linear or branched alkyl with 1-4 carbon atoms, M is an IVA group element, and X is a halogen element. By using the specific terminating agent , the solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber with low gel content can be prepared, and the termination effect is excellent.

    本发明涉及合成橡胶领域,公开了一种溶聚丁苯橡胶及其制备方法和应用。本发明采用式(1)所示结构的化合物在合成橡胶制备中作为终止剂,所述溶聚丁苯橡胶的制备方法包括:1)在有机锂引发剂的存在下,使苯乙烯单体和丁二烯单体在惰性溶剂中聚合至完全转化;2)加入终止剂及任选的防老剂进行终止反应,其中,所述终止剂的结构如式(1)(R1)3M2(R2)2X所示,式(1)中,R1为碳原子数为1‑4的直链或支链的烷基、碳原子数为3‑6环烷基或芳基,R2为碳原子数为1‑4直链或支链的烷基,M为ⅣA族元素,X为卤元素。本发明通过使用特定的终止剂,可以制备低凝胶含量的溶聚丁苯橡胶,并且终止效果优良。
