The invention discloses an internal and external clamping and turning clamp for a large-diameter pipe fitting. The internal and external clamping and turning clamp comprises a pull rod, a thrust shaft, a limiting shell assembly, an L-shaped limiting frame and one or more movable pressing blocks. A first round hole is formed in the limiting shell assembly. The thrust shaft is mounted in the first round hole, and the upper end is connected with the pull rod. More than one hollow guide frame is mounted on the outer side of the limiting shell assembly. The hollow guide frames communicate with the first round hole. A limiting block is arranged at the lower end of the thrust shaft. A receding groove is formed in the upper end of the limiting block. The movable pressing blocks are oppositely mounted in the hollow guide frames. The internal and external clamping and turning clamp for the large-diameter pipe fitting extends out from the interior of a pipe fitting to the inner side to tightly hold the pipe fitting, an external mechanism naturally holds the pipe fitting to keep stable, by means of the special matching relation between the movable pressing blocks and a pull shaft, when a lifting point of a lifting appliance is lifted by lifting equipment, combination of the movable pressing blocks and the inner wall of the pipe fitting becomes tighter and tighter, therefore, one end of the pipe fitting can be easily lifted until the posture of the pipe fitting becomes completely vertical.
