The invention discloses an elevator operation monitoring system. The system comprises a main control module, a monitoring module, an alarm module and a power supply module, wherein the main control module is connected with the monitoring module, the alarm module and the power supply module, and the power supply module is connected with the monitoring module and the alarm module; and the monitoring module is used for obtaining real-time appearance form information, traction rate information and temperature information of the traction rope, transmitting the information to the main control module to be compared with all set values of the appearance form, the traction rate and the temperature of the traction rope, and sending an alarm signal to the alarm module when comparison results have differences. The monitoring module obtains the appearance form information, traction rate information and temperature information of a traction rope and parallelism of an elevator track in real time, after the information is compared with all set values in the main control module, an abnormal result is judged if the information exceeds the range, and the alarm module gives an alarm prompt to promote efficient and safe operation of the elevator; and through a communication module, data connection between an external terminal and the elevator is facilitated, and data arrangement and control convenience are rapidly carried out.

    本发明公开一种电梯的运行监控系统,包括:主控模块、监测模块、报警模块和供电模块,主控模块分别和监测模块、报警模块以及供电模块相连,供电模块和监测模块、报警模块相连;监测模块获取牵引绳的实时外观形态信息、牵引速率信息和温度信息,传递至主控模块内与牵引绳外观形态、牵引速率以及温度各设定值比对,比对结果存在差异时发送报警信号至报警模块。监测模块实时获取牵引绳的外观形态信息、牵引速率信息、温度信息以及电梯轨道的平行度,在主控模块内与各设定值实行比对后,超出范围则判定为异常结果,报警模块发出警报提示,促使电梯高效安全的运行,通过通信模块方便外部终端与电梯的数据连接,快捷的进行数据的整理和控制便利性。
