The invention relates to the field of floating platforms, in particular to an offshore net frame type modular floating platform which is composed of a plurality of buoyancy modules connected with one another, and each buoyancy module comprises a node and four supporting rods connected to the node; the head ends of the four supporting rods intersect at the center of the node, the tail ends of the four supporting rods correspond to four vertexes of a regular tetrahedron respectively, the lengths from the tail ends of the supporting rods to the center of the node are equal, and the included angle between the axes of any two supporting rods is 109.4712 degrees. The four supporting rods are respectively a first supporting rod I, a second supporting rod, a third supporting rod and a fourth supporting rod; a plurality of buoyancy modules are mutually connected to form a diamond cubic crystal structure, four pairs of parallel supporting rods are arranged between any two buoyancy modules in the floating platform, and the buoyancy platform can be modular and simplified, so that the design is simplified, and the manufacturing and mounting cost is reduced.
