The embodiment of the invention provides a railway construction crossing safety early warning system and method based on radar monitoring, and belongs to the technical field of traffic safety. The system comprises a millimeter wave radar which is arranged above the tracks of a railway construction crossing and is used for detecting whether a train advancing towards the railway construction crossing exists on any track in the two directions or not and detecting the position and the actual speed of the train under the condition that the train exists; and a control unit which is used for determining the distance between the train and the railway construction crossing based on the position of the train, calculating the arrival time when the train arrives at the railway construction crossing based on the distance and the actual speed, and sending alarm information when the arrival time is smaller than a preset arrival time threshold value or the distance is smaller than a preset safety distance threshold value, so that an alarm device corresponding to a lane where the train is located gives an alarm. According to the railway construction crossing safety early warning system and method based on radar monitoring, early warning can be carried out on multiple lanes in the uplink and downlink directions respectively, then accurate early warning is achieved, and the working efficiency of workers is improved.

    本发明实施例提供一种基于雷达监测的铁路施工道口安全预警系统及方法,属于交通安全的技术领域。包括:毫米波雷达,置于铁路施工道口的轨道的上方,用于检测双向任意一个轨道上是否存在向铁路施工道口行进的列车,并在存在列车的情况下检测列车的位置和实际速度;以及控制单元,用于基于列车的位置确定列车与铁路施工道口的距离,并基于距离和实际速度计算列车到达铁路施工道口的到达时间,在到达时间小于预设到达时间阈值或距离小于预设定的安全距离阈值时,发出报警信息,使得列车所在车道对应的报警设备执行报警。该基于雷达监测的铁路施工道口安全预警系统及方法可以对上下行方向的多车道分别进行预警,继而实现精确预警,提高了工人的工作效率。
