The invention discloses a cascade charging method for a zinc-nickel battery. The method comprises the following steps of S1, carrying out constant-current charging on the zinc-nickel battery by adopting an initial current so as to charge the voltage of the zinc-nickel battery to a preset voltage; S2, when the voltage of the zinc-nickel battery is charged to a preset voltage, reducing the cascade data on the basis of the initial current until the initial current is reduced to a cut-off current; S3, carrying out constant-current charging on the zinc-nickel battery by adopting the cut-off current; and S4, stopping charging the zinc-nickel battery when a preset condition is met. According to the invention, the zinc-nickel battery is charged in a constant-current step voltage limiting manner, so that the requirement design for a charger is simplified, and the cost of the charger can be reduced; the zinc-nickel battery is charged by controlling the charging voltage and the cut-off current, so that the charging amount of the zinc-nickel battery can be ensured, the overcharging of the zinc-nickel battery can be avoided, and the service life of the zinc-nickel battery is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种锌镍电池的梯级充电方法,包括:S1、采用初始电流,对所述锌镍电池进行恒流充电,以使所述锌镍电池的电压充电至预设电压;S2、当所述锌镍电池的电压充电至预设电压时,在所述初始电流的基础上,降低梯级数据,直至所述初始电流降低至截止电流;S3、采用所述截止电流对所述锌镍电池进行恒流充电;S4、在满足预设条件下,停止对所述锌镍电池进行充电。在本发明中,采用恒流梯级限压的方式对锌镍电池进行充电,不仅简化了对充电机的要求设计,还能够降低充电机的成本;通过采用控制充电电压和截止电流对锌镍电池进行充电,既可以保证锌镍电池的充电量,也可以避免锌镍电池的过充电,延长了锌镍电池的使用寿命。
