The invention discloses an urban expressway traffic accident meteorological factor sensitivity analysis method, which comprises the following steps: establishing a BP neural network model, then carrying out model optimization according to a genetic algorithm, finding the optimal number of hidden layer nodes and a training algorithm of the neural network model, and carrying out fitting verification on the neural network model; and then, according to the established neural network model, performing local sensitivity analysis and global sensitivity analysis in sequence, and establishing a visual three-dimensional graph. By adopting the analysis method, the accuracy of traffic accident prediction is improved, and the significant relationship between the meteorological factors and the traffic accident number is clearly displayed.
