The invention discloses a modified anti-aging agent, a preparation method of the modified anti-aging agent, a rubber composition containing the modified anti-aging agent and a tire sidewall prepared from the rubber composition. The preparation method of the modified anti-aging agent comprises the following steps: (1) mixing unsaturated carboxylic acid and a p-phenylenediamine anti-aging agent, and heating; and (2) adding a catalyst, and carrying out heat preservation reaction for 3-5 hours to obtain the modified anti-aging agent. The unsaturated carboxylic acid and the p-phenylenediamine anti-aging agent are used as raw materials, modification is performed under the action of the catalyst, the prepared modified anti-aging agent directly replaces the p-phenylenediamine anti-aging agent in the tire sidewall, migration of the anti-aging agent is delayed while the physical property change is not large, the appearance problems of color change, roughness and the like of a rubber material are obviously improved, and the durability is obviously improved.
本发明公开了一种改性防老剂、改性防老剂的制备方法、含有该改性防老剂的橡胶组合物以及由该橡胶组合物制成的轮胎胎侧,改性防老剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将不饱和羧酸与对苯二胺类防老剂混合升温;(2)加入催化剂,并保温反应3~5h后,得到改性防老剂。本发明以不饱和羧酸和对苯二胺类防老剂为原料,在催化剂的作用下进行改性,制得的改性防老剂直接替代轮胎胎侧中的对苯二胺类防老剂,在物性变化不大的同时,延缓防老剂的迁出,胶料的变色、粗糙等外观问题明显改善,耐久性明显提高。
