The invention relates to the field of water ship rescue equipment, and discloses a pneumatic line throwing device for ship rescue. The device comprises a launching pipe body and a casting head, the side, away from the casting head, of the launching pipe body movably sleeves a piston plate, the launching pipe body fixedly sleeves a packing sleeve located at one side of the piston plate; a sliding sleeve is movably arranged in the packing sleeve in a sleeved mode, and an air guide groove located in the inner side of the packing sleeve is formed in the sliding sleeve. Through the linkage structure design of a positioning annular plate, the sliding sleeve, the piston plate and a limiting annular plate in the launching pipe body, after the casting head is launched through high-pressure gas, the piston plate moves to compress gas to enter an inner cavity between the packing sleeve and the limiting annular plate in the launching pipe body through the counter-acting force in the launching process; therefore, the high-pressure state is still kept in the inner cavity, the inflation time is saved during next inflation, the pressurizing efficiency is improved, and the launching rescue efficiency of the casting head is further improved.
