The linear reverse-speed damper comprises an outer sleeve and an inner sleeve, wherein a first ball socket assembly is installed at one end of the outer sleeve, the inner sleeve is installed at the other end of the outer sleeve, a second ball socket assembly is installed at the outer end of the inner sleeve, a reverse-speed damper assembly is installed at the inner right end of the outer sleeve, the left end of the reverse-speed damper assembly is connected with a motor assembly, the inner right end of a lead screw assembly is provided with a lead screw nut connected to the surface of a gear assembly, and the left end of the lead screw assembly is provided with a lead screw nut limiting nut. According to the linear reverse-speed damper for the stay bar motor, when the electric stay bar motor starts to move, the damper can generate effective friction force; after the electric stay bar motor reaches a certain rotating speed, an internal structure starts to move through centrifugal force, and the friction force of the damper disappears; and linear resistance can be freely changed in the starting and stopping process of the stay bar motor, so the motor supporting rod is more stable and reliable in the repeated starting and stopping process.
