The invention relates to a charging pile heat dissipation structure which comprises a liquid cooling mechanism, an air heat dissipation mechanism and a heat exchange mechanism, the liquid cooling mechanism and the heat exchange mechanism are sequentially arranged in a shell of a charging pile body from top to bottom, a cooling pipeline of the liquid cooling mechanism is connected with a heat exchange pipeline of the heat exchange mechanism through a circulating pump, a heat dissipation space with a heat dissipation opening in the front end is reserved between the liquid cooling mechanism and the heat exchange mechanism, and the heat dissipation space forms an air heat dissipation mechanism. The invention further comprises an automobile charging pile with the heat dissipation structure. The charging pile heat dissipation structure and automobile charging pile have the advantages of scientific and reasonable design, good heat dissipation effect, long service life of electrical components, safety, reliability and the like.
