The invention discloses an integral bridge type suspension. According to the invention, single-piece leaf springs of the integral bridge type suspension are symmetrically installed on the two sides of an axle in a width direction; two shock absorbers are located on the front side and the rear side of the axle respectively, and the two ends of each shock absorber are connected with the axle and a vehicle body respectively; and an axial through hole is formed in each elastic supporting unit, an annular protrusion is arranged on the outer wall face of the elastic supporting unit, the elastic supporting unit corresponds to the middle area of one single-piece leaf spring, one end face, in the axial direction, of the elastic supporting unit is connected with the single-piece leaf spring or a vehicle body, and the other end face of the elastic supporting unit in the axial direction corresponds to the single-piece leaf spring or the vehicle body. According to the integral bridge type suspension, through the design of the single leaf springs and the elastic supporting units, the weight of the suspension is reduced, and economical efficiency and control performance are improved. Moreover, the integral bridge type suspension can provide different rigidities according to different loads, so the bearing capacity of the suspension is ensured, and riding comfort is improved.

    本发明公开了一种整体桥式悬架,其单片式钢板弹簧对称安装在车桥的宽度方向的两侧;两个减振器分别位于车桥的前侧和后侧,减振器的两端分别与车桥和车体相连接;弹性支撑单元内设有轴向通孔,弹性支撑单元的外壁面上设有环状凸起,弹性支撑单元与单片式钢板弹簧的中间区域对应设置,且弹性支撑单元的轴向方向的一端面与单片式钢板弹簧或车体相连接,弹性支撑单元的轴向方向的另一端面与单片式钢板弹簧或车体相对应。本公开提供的整体桥式悬架通过单片簧和弹性支撑单元的设计,降低了悬架重量,提高了经济性和操控性能。而且,本公开的整体桥式悬架可根据不同载荷提供不同的刚度,保证了悬架的承载能力,提高了乘坐舒适性。
